Abdul qualified as a chartered accountant in 1970 and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He held senior management positions for 17 years in the Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC), which is the biggest and one of the oldest corporations in the country. Abdul also held the position as chief manager F and A of this large utility company, whose total assets exceed more than 24-billion, and revenue crosses more than 6-billion per year. He also served M/s. Smith Kline & French (Pak) Limited in a senior management position for 4 years. Abdul also worked as an executive director of M/s. Jahangir Siddiqui & Co. Ltd., the first corporate member of the Karachi Stock Exchange and leading name in stock brokerage and Capital / Money and also served as chief executive of Jahangir Siddiqui Investment Bank Limited.
Mr. Junaid Dagia has a Masters in business administration from Newport University, Chicago. He has a very vast knowledge in transfer agents services and corporate affairs, and has a very broad vision. As chief executive, Mr. Dagia leads and manages the day-to-day affairs of the company and has been the chief executive of this company since July 2001.
Mr. Mubashir Dagia is a fellow member of the Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) from Singapore and holds a B.Sc (H) degree in applied accounting from Oxford Brooks University. He is also a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He has worked with reputable chartered accounting firms, having completed his professional studies from FTC (Financial Training Company) in Singapore, and participated in the various workshops and training programs of Singapore Exchange Limited. Mr. Mubashir Dagia holds a vast knowledge of industry over all of East Asia and Europe, incorporating the best in the world into Data Recall.
Mr. Mubashir Dagia is also chairman of ACCA Pakistan (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Members Network Panel and he has also served in the following sub-committees of ACCA Pakistan:
Dagia has also represented ACCA in various forums including changes in corporate governance regulations of Pakistan. Mr. Mubashir Dagia is also a nominee of ACCA for the World Congress of Accountants in 2010 and nominee of ACCA Pakistan for the International Assembly in Kuala Lumpur and London, respectively. Mr. Mubashir Dagia is also a member of the managing committee of budget and taxation of the Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Dagia is an ACCA Member and has a B.Sc (H) in applied accounting from Oxford Brookes, and joined the company in 2007. Prior to his joining at TTPL, he worked as research analyst in the insurance and cement sector at JS Global Capital Limited, a JS Group Company and one of Pakistan’s largest brokerage houses. Mr. Haris Dagia has strong leadership skills and a vast knowledge of finance, operations and investment management brokerage, including shares registrar, transfer agent, and trustee custodian services.
